Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Speyside.
Cl: 70
ABV: 40%
Description
Re-Launched in April 2000, this Speyside malt is the most widely sold malt in the world, and is now the youngest in the Glenfiddich range.
Bright gold color; the nose is fresh and light, oscillating between fruity (apples, pears) and vegetal aromas (cut hay).
The dry palate confirms the nose, and adds a hint of peat. The moderately long finish returns to notes of malted barley.
TASTING NOTES:
·Nose: Fresh, delicately balanced with a fruity edge of pear.
·Palate: sweet and fruity notes with caramel and cream aromas. Subtle oak edge.
·Overall: rich with a lingering sweetness.
